A walk through the villa streets between the beach and Al Wasl Road.
Between the beach and Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah keeps a scale the towers never had: low villas, old trees, a café that has been there for twenty years. Buyers fly over it on the way to the Palm.
The streets worth walking are the ones a few hundred metres from the water, where plots are generous and the planning rules have kept the skyline low. Prices per square foot remain a fraction of the waterfront, with the same postcode.
Our advice is patient: the right villa here appears once or twice a year, and it is rarely on a portal.
